Description of Service

WardenPoint provides automated incident alerting and notification services across multiple channels — Telegram (including VoIP calls), phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Viber, Slack and Microsoft Teams — through integrations with monitoring tools and our API. Features vary by subscription plan.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not send spam or unsolicited messages

Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Purchases may be processed by our payment partners acting as merchant of record; their name may appear on your statement. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase, and EU/UK consumers additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WardenPoint and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability
