PagerDuty Pro
PagerDuty Professional · per-seat billing
One price per company, not per person. The plan buys capacity — responders, seats, alert volume, history. Phone calls and SMS come out of a prepaid balance, at the rate of the destination.
Free trial and free plan
Use the free plan to verify Telegram alerts — text, voice message and up to 50 VoIP calls a month — plus email, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Viber and webhooks. When you need more recipients, phone calls or SMS — start a 14-day trial of the plan you want.
First verify the basic incident workflow: recipients, Telegram, email and the API.
Free covers Telegram — text, voice message and up to 50 VoIP calls a month — plus email, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and Viber. SMS and calls over the carrier network start on the Team plan.
Test retries, acknowledgments and routing before a real incident depends on the setup.
Scale recipients, team seats, voice calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber and SLA support as needed.

Per-company vs per-seat
Most competitors price per user. At 25 responders that adds up — fast. WardenPoint bills per company, not per seat.

Competitor prices reflect public list rates at the time of writing and compare the alerting/escalation tier only — feature-parity with full incident-management suites varies. Per-seat plans scale linearly with the team; per-company plans do not.
How billing works
One price per company covers everything the platform does. Phone calls and SMS are the two things we buy from a carrier on your behalf, and those are paid from a prepaid balance at the rate of the destination.
Responders, team seats, alert volume, groups, templates, and how long the history is kept. One scale, four steps — not a checklist of features unlocked tier by tier.
Calls to a landline or a mobile, and SMS. We buy each one from a carrier and charge it after it leaves — never in advance, and never for a message that failed to send.
The balance is prepaid: at zero the paid channels stop and the free ones carry on. A daily ceiling per company and a list of destinations we are willing to pay for stand between an alert storm and your card.
A call home and a call across the world do not cost a carrier the same, so they do not cost you the same. Every charge lands in the ledger with its zone on it — a month of telecom is a list you can read, not a lump sum.
Rates per destination follow the carrier and move with it, so we keep them in one place rather than across three languages of marketing copy. Ask for the current rates

No card to try Telegram alerts, audit log and the REST API. Add voice and SMS credits only when on-call needs them.
