Free trial and free plan

Start alerting without forcing users through checkout

Use the free plan to verify Telegram alerts — text, voice message and up to 50 VoIP calls a month — plus email, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Viber and webhooks. When you need more recipients, phone calls or SMS — start a 14-day trial of the plan you want.

Free, no credit card

First verify the basic incident workflow: recipients, Telegram, email and the API.

Every channel except SMS and phone calls

Free covers Telegram — text, voice message and up to 50 VoIP calls a month — plus email, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp and Viber. SMS and calls over the carrier network start on the Team plan.

Trial the escalation chain

Test retries, acknowledgments and routing before a real incident depends on the setup.

Upgrade when usage grows

Scale recipients, team seats, voice calls, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber and SLA support as needed.

What happens before payment

  1. 1Create a workspace and connect your first alert source.
  2. 2Add recipients, test voice calls and escalation rules.
  3. 3Upgrade only after the workflow has proved value to the team.

Per-company vs per-seat

What a 25-person team pays elsewhere

Most competitors price per user. At 25 responders that adds up — fast. WardenPoint bills per company, not per seat.

Competitor prices reflect public list rates at the time of writing and compare the alerting/escalation tier only — feature-parity with full incident-management suites varies. Per-seat plans scale linearly with the team; per-company plans do not.

How billing works

The plan is capacity. Calls and SMS come out of a balance.

One price per company covers everything the platform does. Phone calls and SMS are the two things we buy from a carrier on your behalf, and those are paid from a prepaid balance at the rate of the destination.

What the plan buys

Responders, team seats, alert volume, groups, templates, and how long the history is kept. One scale, four steps — not a checklist of features unlocked tier by tier.

What the balance pays for

Calls to a landline or a mobile, and SMS. We buy each one from a carrier and charge it after it leaves — never in advance, and never for a message that failed to send.

Nothing can quietly run up a bill

The balance is prepaid: at zero the paid channels stop and the free ones carry on. A daily ceiling per company and a list of destinations we are willing to pay for stand between an alert storm and your card.

The price follows the destination

A call home and a call across the world do not cost a carrier the same, so they do not cost you the same. Every charge lands in the ledger with its zone on it — a month of telecom is a list you can read, not a lump sum.

What the free plan gets you — no card, no carrier

  • A Telegram call that rings through Do Not Disturb: the phone in your pocket, not one more notification on the pile.
  • 50 Telegram VoIP calls / month — enough to prove the thing works before anyone signs anything.
  • Everything else — Telegram, email, webhooks, REST API — within the plan's monthly volume, with no carrier in the loop.

Rates per destination follow the carrier and move with it, so we keep them in one place rather than across three languages of marketing copy. Ask for the current rates

Pricing questions

Frequently asked

Yes. Telegram alerts — including a VoIP call that rings through Do Not Disturb — plus email, webhooks, the REST API and the dashboard all run on the free plan within its monthly volume. Calls to a real phone number and SMS are the exception: a carrier bills us per minute and per segment, so those come out of a prepaid balance.
