Reliability over features
An alerting tool that drops alerts is worse than no tool at all. We ship slowly and test failure paths before happy paths.
WardenPoint is an independent platform for multi-channel incident alerting and escalation. We focus on one thing — getting the right alert to the right person at the right time — and we charge per company, not per seat.
What we are
An alerting + escalation platform built on Laravel and Asterisk, with Telegram VoIP, PSTN calls, SMS, WhatsApp and email. Eight delivery channels. One declarative escalation chain. Honest pricing.
Mission
Most incidents are not caused by missing monitors. They are caused by alerts that fired and nobody answered. WardenPoint is the layer between detection and human response: we route, escalate, retry and audit until acknowledgement happens. Everything else — postmortems, status pages, runbooks — we leave where it already lives.
Values
An alerting tool that drops alerts is worse than no tool at all. We ship slowly and test failure paths before happy paths.
Telegram VoIP, declarative escalation, JSONL audit — we ship what genuinely improves on-call life, and we say no to noise-reduction marketing without evidence.
WardenPoint is built and run by its founder, Denys Dykyi — so when you open a support thread, you're talking to the person who can actually fix it, not a first-line script. Paid plans get priority; free plans never get ignored.
TLS in transit, scoped API keys, UUID-only public IDs, multi-tenant isolation. We do not claim certifications we have not earned.
Principles
The boring engineering decisions that quietly determine whether your 3 AM pages get through.
Chains live in version-controlled configuration files, not opaque UI clicks. Reviewable in pull requests, testable in CI.
Every dispatch is one append-only line. New fields are added; old fields never disappear. Your parsers stay valid for years.
Per-company billing. Add the 10th or 25th responder for free. We win when teams expand, not when invoices balloon.
Webhooks, audit log, Telegram VoIP and 5 recipients on the Free plan. The free tier is the product, not a teaser.
Asterisk for PSTN, MadelineProto for Telegram VoIP, Laravel for the dispatcher. Boring tech that runs for years.

Founder
Founder & engineer, WardenPoint
I built WardenPoint after one too many nights when the alert fired — and nobody woke up. The project is run by a single engineer on purpose: the person who reads your support thread is the same one who writes the code and is first to see when something breaks. Your alerts don't depend on me being awake — delivery, retries and escalation run on their own infrastructure around the clock. I'm here to support and improve the product, not to stand between your incident and the phone ringing.
