Delivery channels

One alert. Every channel your team uses.

WardenPoint dispatches the same incident through Telegram, voice calls, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, Slack and Microsoft Teams. Each channel is acknowledgement-aware, so escalation continues only until someone actually responds.

The 3 AM question

Is a messenger reliable enough for critical alerts?

Fair question. Here's the honest answer — and why we never bet your incident on a single app.

Telegram calls ring through Do Not Disturb

A Telegram voice call rings like a real call — it cuts through silent mode and Do Not Disturb, the app is already on your engineer's phone, and the call is free for the recipient. That's why it's our primary wake-up channel, not a muted push.

A PSTN phone call is the automatic fallback

If the messenger can't reach someone — logged out, no data, an account issue — WardenPoint places a real phone call over the public telephone network. No app and no internet required. That's the answer to "what if Telegram is down for this person?"

Escalation removes the single point of failure

No alert is trusted to one channel or one person. Left unacknowledged, it climbs the chain — next channel, next responder, then the manager — until someone acknowledges. Every hop is written to the audit log.
